President – Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Netherlands
Joquebede Mesquita is President of CHAMBRAZ and is dedicated to strengthening the economic and institutional ties between Brazil and the Netherlands. With extensive international experience, she brings together entrepreneurs, businesses and organisations, fostering sustainable partnerships and new business opportunities.
In addition to her role as President, she serves as a consultant at Royal Estates Portugal and as Director of Accompanied Brasil. Her expertise lies in international business development, strategic partnerships, and supporting entrepreneurs operating in both the European and Brazilian markets.
Through her collaborative approach and international network, she contributes to the continued growth of CHAMBRAZ as the leading platform for bilateral trade, innovation and cooperation between Brazil and the Netherlands.
LOEKA VAN DER WERF
Board Member | Corporate Lawyer at AKD
Loeka van der Werf is a corporate lawyer at AKD, specialising in corporate disputes, directors’ liability, commercial contracts and fraud-related matters. Thanks to her Dutch and Brazilian background and her fluency in Portuguese, she serves as a valuable link between the two countries. As a Board Member of CHAMBRAZ, she is committed to strengthening legal and business cooperation between the Netherlands and Brazil.
ADWIN VAN DIJKE
Vice-President | Director of Accompanied
Adwin van Dijke is Director of Accompanied B.V. and of a scientific institute. For many years, he has been committed to strengthening the economic, social and institutional ties between the Netherlands and Brazil. Through Accompanied, he connects technology, knowledge and market opportunities. His particular focus is on Northeastern Brazil, a region with significant growth potential. Since the establishment of CHAMBRAZ, he has served as the organisation’s Vice-President.
